  • An active email address
  • An active mobile number
  • Personal information such as education and employment details.

Registering for the PRC Online Application

Before one can use the PRC online system, you must first create an account. The following steps will guide you in registering for the PRC Online Application:

Step 1:Visit the PRC official website. It will provide a link to the online application. If you have an account in the old PRC online system (www.prc-online.com), it is already inactive. You need to create another account in LERIS.

Step 2:Go to the PRC LERIS website and sign up for a new account.

t will generate the registration form. You have to fill this up with the necessary personal details. 

Check your Notice of Admission (NOA) and make sure it is the same as your PRC registration. You can also use your PRC ID if you are for renewal. 

Step 4:Enter your email address and unique password. The password must consist of at least 6 characters containing letters and numbers.

Adding special characters is strongly advised to create a unique password. Type in your password again and make sure it is the same to confirm it.

Step 5: Review your details to ensure their accuracy. Check the box that appears next to the “I am not a robot.” Click on the ‘Register’ button to create your PRC online account.

Step 6: Once you have created your account, you need to log in. Enter your email address and password on the website.

It is found under the ‘Sign In’ tab. You need to check on the box next to the ‘I am not a Robot.’ Click on the ‘Sign In’ to log on to your PRC online account.

Step 7:You must provide your details. Go to the Profile tab on the left side of the page. Provide your personal information such as family background and contact details.

You also need to provide your educational background, employment history, and a valid ID. A red asterisk will be next to the important fields. Once finished, click on the ‘Save Information’ button. 

Final Step

You need to upload a photo. Read the Photo Requirements and make sure you have the right photo dimensions. Click on the ‘Proceed’ button and click on ‘Choose File.’ Decide on what photo to upload and click on ‘Upload Image.’ 

You have finally completed the registration stage. You can now use any of the online services provided by PRC LERIS.

Steps to Applying for the PRC Exam Online

You can use the PRC online system to apply for the Philippine PRC licensure exam. The following steps will guide you in applying for the PRC licensure exam online. 

Step 1: Sign into your PRC online account and click on the ‘Select Transaction’. This is located on the right side of the PRC website.

Step 2:Click on the Examination tab and choose the name and type of exam. You also need to choose the date and examination venue.

Step 3:Once finished, click on the ‘Proceed’ button. It will take you to another page where you need to set the exam appointment. 

Step 4: Set up your exam appointment. Choose your preferred PRC regional office and the system will generate an appointment time and date. 

If you are satisfied with the appointment, click on Proceed.

If you want to change the schedule, click on Reschedule. You can choose a new appointment date, however, you need to give the reason for rescheduling. Once you are okay with the new appointment, click on ‘Confirm.’

Step 5:A transaction summary will appear on the screen. You must click on the ‘Submit’ button to save the transaction.

Step 6:Choose your preferred payment method. Click on the ‘Submit’ button. 

Step 7:Check your transaction details and payment summary. Tick the small box to agree to the Terms and Conditions stated on the website.

If you decide to pay using your ATM, enter your account number and Joint Account Indicator. This is the two-digit number on the lower right corner of the ATM Card. You need to input your ATM PIN on the PIN pad.

If you decide to pay over-the-counter, receipt of payment validation is in 2 to 3 working days. You can choose any of your preferred UCPB branches.

If you decide to pay at the PRC cashier, you need to print your appointment slip with the reference number and appointment date. 

Step 8: Click on the ‘Submit’ button and the ‘Ok’ button for confirmation.

Step 9:Print your payment confirmation slip by clicking on the ‘Print’ button. 

Step 10:Click on the ‘Existing Transaction’ button. The said button is located on the left side of the page. Print your accomplished PRC Exam Application Form by clicking on ‘Print Document’.

Lastly, sign the form.

Upon finishing your registration, go to your chosen PRC regional office on the date of your appointment. Submit the printed Exam Application Form along with the other licensure exam requirements. 

Make sure to have the complete licensure exam requirements. You can go to the PRC website to see the list of exam requirements according to your profession. 

Initial Registration Steps for the PRC Online Application

Once you have passed the licensure exams, you need to apply for the PRC identification card. This will be your first time. It is very convenient and easy to use the PRC online system. 

The PRC LERIS offers initial registration of the PRC ID. You only need to follow the following steps below:

Step 1: Go to the PRC online Sign in Page and log on to your PRC online account.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Transaction’ button. It will take you to another page where you need to click on ‘Initial Registration’

Step 3: Choose your professions such as teacher, nurse, or engineer.

Step 4: Enter the application number. It is indicated in your NOA. You can also find it in your licensure exam application form.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Proceed’ button to go to the next webpage.

Step 6: Set an appointment and choose your preferred regional office. The PRC system will give an appointment date and time.

If you are available on the given appointment, click on ‘Proceed’.

If you cannot make it on the appointment, you can click on ‘Reschedule’. Choose another appointment date, and state the reason for rescheduling. Confirm the appointment by clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button.

Step 7:Your summary of transactions will appear on the screen. You need to save the transaction. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 8: Decide on your preferred mode of payment and click on the ‘Submit’ button. 

Step 9: Ensure that your transaction details and payment summary are all in order. Tick the small box to agree to the Terms and Conditions that will appear on the website.

  • If you opt to pay using your ATM, enter your account number and Joint Account Indicator. This is the two-digit number located on the lower right corner of the ATM Card. You have to key in your ATM PIN on the PIN pad to proceed with the payment.
  • If you opt to pay over-the-counter, you need to decide on a preferred UCPB branch. You will get the payment validation in 2 to 3 working days. 
  • If you decide to pay at the PRC cashier, you need to print your appointment slip. It indicates the reference number and appointment date. 

Step 10: Click on the ‘Submit’ button after payment and the ‘Ok’ button for confirmation. 

Step 11: Click on the ‘Print’ button and print out your payment confirmation slip. 

Step 12: Go to the ‘Existing Transaction’ tab on the left side of the web page. Print the accomplished PRC oath form or the Panunumpa ng Propesyonal. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Print Document’ button.

Finally, place your signature on the form.

On the day of your appointment, you must have the following additional requirements when you go to your chosen PRC regional office:

  • A Community Tax Certificate or Cedula
  • Two Documentary Stamps that you can buy at the PRC regional office
  • Two passport-size photos in a white background. It must also contain a full name tag

Initial registration applicants are required to attend the oath-taking ceremony. This can be done on the same day that they can get their PRC Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.

However, the oath-taking ceremony needs to be done before they can get the PRC ID and Certificate of Registration. 

Online Application Steps for PRC License Renewal

Registered professionals in the Philippines can now apply for a PRC license renewal online.

The PRC license needs to be renewed every 3 years on or before the professional’s birth month. It can also be renewed 10 months before the expiration date. 

The renewal of PRC identification cards is now available online.

Before renewal, ensure that you have submitted the requirements for PRC renewal. You need to comply with the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Law.

OFWs need not comply with this. They only need to show proof that they are legal OFWs. 

Listed below are the steps to follow for the PRC Online License Renewal.

Step 1: Visit the PRC LERIS website and sign in to your account. 

Step 2: Click the ‘Select Transaction’ button located on the right side of the web page. 

Step 3: Select the button and choose your profession.

Step 4: Key in your PRC license number and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Step 5: Select an appointment by choosing your preferred PRC regional office. The system will show the available dates and time slots. It will generate an automatic appointment time and date for you.

If you can go to the appointed date, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

If you cannot go on the given date, click on ‘Reschedule’. You can choose a new appointment date and time.

However, you need to state the reason for rescheduling. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to proceed with the application.

Step 6: The transaction summary will appear after you secure an appointment. Click on ‘Submit’ and save the transaction.

Step 7: Select your preferred payment method and click on the ‘Submit’ button to proceed with the application.

Step 8: Check the transaction details and payment summary to ensure a smooth undertaking. Check the small box next to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and proceed to the payment.

  •  If you want to pay using your ATM, enter your account number and Joint Account Indicator. The Joint Account Indicator is the two-digit number located on the lower right corner of the ATM Card.
  • You have to type in your ATM PIN on the PIN pad to proceed with the payment
  • If you decide to pay over-the-counter, you can choose any UCPB bank. Payment validation is received in 2 to 3 working days. 
  • If you opt to pay at the PRC cashier, print your appointment slip with the reference number and appointment date. 

Step 9: After payment, select the ‘Submit’ button and click on ‘Ok’ for payment confirmation. 

Step 10: Print the Payment Confirmation and select ‘Existing Transaction’ on the left side. 

Step 11: Print the accomplished PRC Renewal Application Form by clicking on the ‘Print Document’ button. 

Lastly, sign the application form.

To claim your PRC ID, go to your chosen PRC regional office or service center on the day of your appointment.

Submit your printed PRC Renewal Application form along with a photocopy of your old PRC ID and your CPD units.  

If you are an OFW renewing your license, bring along an OEC as proof of working abroad along with the other documents. 

Applying for Certification of Board Rating and Passing using the PRC Online Application

A recent update to the PRC Online system, has allowed professionals to apply for Certification of Board Rating and Passing.

PRC Online system started applications in March 2019. Professionals can now use the LERIS PRC website to apply for their Certification of Board Rating and Passing. 

Below are the steps to securing a Certification of Board Rating and Passing: 

Step 1:Go to the LERIS website and sign onto your PRC online account. 

Step 2:Click on the ‘Select Transaction’ button on the right side of the webpage and choose ‘Certifications’.

Step 3: Select which Certificate you want and choose your profession.

Step 4:Key in your application number. If you do not know the application number, click the link below the field. You need to select your licensure exam date and it will generate the number.

Step 5:Key in the number of copies you would like, and click on ‘Submit’ to proceed.

Step 6:Select your preferred PRC Regional Office or service center. The PRC online system will provide an automatic appointment date and time. 

In the instance, you are not able to go on the appointed date, click on ‘Reschedule.’

Choose a new appointment date and time from the available slots. You need to state the reason for rescheduling and click on the ‘Confirm’ button.

If there is no problem with the schedule, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Step 7:The transaction summary will appear on the screen for your perusal. Select the ‘Submit’ button to save the transaction and choose your preferred payment method. 

Step 8:After submitting your choices, review the transaction details and payment summary. Check on the small box next to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and make sure to understand it all.

Step 10:Click on the ‘Submit’ button after payment and the ‘Ok’ button for confirmation.

Step 12:Go to the ‘Existing Transaction’ tab on the left side of the web page. Print the Order of Payment form and Claim slip by clicking on the ‘Print Document’ button.

You can claim your Certificate of Board Rating and Pass on your chosen appointment time and date. You only need to visit your preferred PRC regional office or service center.

Bring your Order of Payment form and claim slip to secure your certificate. 

Mode of Payment for PRC Online Services

Professionals using the PRC LERIS can only pay using 3 PRC-authorized payment channels.

LANDBANK Link.BizPortal

This is a financial system that uses authorized payment options. The options are Land Bank ATM card, ATM or debit card of a Bancnet member-bank, or Cash.

Over-the-counter bank deposit through any UCPB branch 

You can go to any UCPB branch in person for the payment of PRC services. You will receive the payment validation in 2 to 3 working days.

PRC cashier

This option allows the professional to pay in any PRC regional office or service center. You can only pay at the preferred appointment place and schedule.


Things to remember when using the PRC Online application

  • Always book your appointment in advance. 
  • The PRC strictly follows a No Same-day Appointment Policy. This means that you are not allowed to secure an appointment on the same day as your online transaction. You need to set your appointment in advance or else they will not entertain you. 
  • Be careful of Fixers.
  • PRC online appointments are free. You do not need to pay for booking an appointment. Beware of anyone who claims to be a PRC official or has connections with the PRC. They offer assistance for PRC transactions in exchange for payment.
  • Know the official PRC Email Address. 

You can email the PRC if you have any questions or concerns. Sometimes, the PRC hotline is unavailable. It is helpful to know the PRC official email address.
