  • What Are The Requirements?

    To qualify for any of the loans, you must meet the following eligibility:
    • Recent proof of billing (electricity bills, water bills, bank payments, telephone bills, etc.)
    • A company ID, Certificate of Employment or pay slip
    • At least one valid government ID:
      • Driver’s License
      • NBI Clearance
      • Police clearance

  • What Are The Qualifications For Seafarer’s Allottee Loan?

    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Should be a first degree relative or dependent of the seafarer
    • A Filipino citizen
  • What Are The Requirements For Seafarer’s Loan?

    Here are the Seafarer’s Allottee Loan Requirements:
    • Seaman’s Passport
    • Seaman’s Book
    • Seafarer’s Registration Certificate (SRC)
    • Seafarer’s Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
    • Seafarer’s Employment Contract with POEA validation
    • Proof of billing (preferably electric bill)
    • 2 Valid IDs (allottee)- Either 2 government IDs or one government ID and an employment/student ID
    • Proof of relationship
      • Birth certificate if the seafarer is your parent, daughter/son, or sibling
      • Marriage contract if the seafarer is your spouse
    • Proof of allotment (under allottee name) – latest Allotment slip or Certificate of Allotment from the shipping company/agency
  • What Are The Qualifications For OFW Loan?

    To qualify for a loan, the OFW’s allottee must meet the following requirements:
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • A Filipino citizen
    • Should be a first degree relative or dependent of the OFW
  • What Are The Requirements For OFW Loan?

    Here are the OFW Allottee Loan Requirements:
    • OFW’s Passport
    • OFW’s Working Visa
    • OFW’s Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
    • 2 Valid ID (allottee)- Either 2 government IDs or one government ID and a Barangay Clearance
    • Proof of billing (preferably electric bill)
    • Proof of remittance (under allottee’s name) – at least 6 months latest remittance
    • Proof of relationship (birth certificate or marriage contract)

  • I’m A Taxi/Grab/UBER Driver, Can I Apply For A Loan?

    Definitely, YES. To qualify for a loan you must have the following requirements:
    • Driver’s license (Professional with restriction code 1 & 2)
    • Certificate of employment (Minimum of 6 months job summary for taxi drivers)
    • 1 supporting government ID
    • License to drive UBER/GRAB (for UBER and Grab Drivers)
    • Copy of OR/CR
    • Provisional Authority or Certificate of Public Convenience
    • Weekly income summary, Summary of Payments, Net of Service Fee (For Uber/Grab)
    • Drivers and Operator’s Association Document (TODA) for taxi drivers
    • Proof of billing
  • How To Update My Information In Your Website?

  • Why Have I Not Receive Any Status On My Application?

    We’re sorry to hear that. We’re trying our best to accommodate all applications within a day. Please re-visit our website and login to your account. Make sure all information is accurately filled out and the documents are all in order.

Cash Disbursement

  • When Can I Receive The Loan?

    We usually process the approved loan cash disbursement within 24 hours after approval.
  • Where Can I Get My Approved Loan?

    We will immediately deposit your approved loan to your personal bank account.

Loan Repayment

  • What Is Weekly Loan Term?

    Weekly means you repay the loan in weekly intervals. Weekly loan term has three options:
    • Weekly 3 (Your repayment is equally divided into 3 weeks)
    • Weekly 4 (Your repayment is equally divided into 4 weeks)
    • Weekly 5 (Your repayment is equally divided into 5 weeks)
    Example: Let’s say you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Weekly 3, then your repayment schedule will be:
    • 1st repayment: June 13
    • 2nd repayment: June 20
    • 3rd repayment: June 27
      If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Weekly 4:
    • 1st repayment: June 13
    • 2nd repayment: June 20
    • 3rd repayment: June 27
    • 4th repayment: July 4
      If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Weekly 5:
    • 1st repayment: June 13
    • 2nd repayment: June 20
    • 3rd repayment: June 27
    • 4th repayment: July 4
    • 5th repayment: July 11
  • What Is Bi-Weekly Loan Term?

    Bi-Weekly means you repay the loan in every 2 weeks. Bi-Weekly loan term has three options:
    • Bi-Weekly 1 ( Settle your loan after 2 weeks)
    • Bi- Weekly 2 (Your repayment is equally divided into 2)
    • Bi-Weekly 3 (Your repayment is equally divided into 3)
    Let’s say you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Bi-Weekly 1, then your repayment schedule will be:
    • 1st repayment: June 20
    If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Bi-Weekly 2:
    • 1st repayment: June 20
    • 2nd repayment: July 4
    If you got your loan on June 6 and you have chosen the Bi-Weekly 3:
    • 1st repayment: June 20
    • 2nd repayment: July 4
    • 3rd repayment: July 18
  • What Is Monthly Loan Term?

    Monthly loan term means you have to settle the loan after 28 days. Let’s say you got your loan on November 10 and you have chosen the Monthly Term. Then you have to repay the loan with its interest rate on December 4.
  • What If My Repayment Due Date Is A Holiday?

    If your repayment due date falls on a non-working holiday, you have to make your repayment on the last working day before the holiday. Let’s say your due date is on December 30, 2016, Rizal Day. Then you have to pay on December 29.
  • How Will I Know My Repayment Schedule?

    Your repayment schedule will be discussed by our staff via phone call and it will also be sent to your email
  • How Do I Make My Repayments?

    We send an e-mail on how you can pay your loan. Please refer to the reference number included in the e-mail. We are partnered with the following payment channels:

    • Bayad Center
    • Robinson Payment Center
    • EC pay
    • SM Payment Center
  • Can I Pay My Loans Earlier Than My Due Date?

    Yes, you can. The earlier you can pay, the faster you can get a re-loan.
  • What If I Made Late Repayments?

    You are advised to pay as stated on the contract. Late repayments will be charged with a fee accordingly.

Re-Loan Application

  • I’m Receiving A “Page Error” Prompt

    Make sure that you have a fast and steady wireless connection. If you have a good internet connection but the prompt still appears, kindly send us a screenshot of your speed test and the error that you are encountering when loading our page.
  • I Can’t Type In My Name

    This usually happens when you are using a mobile device during application. Make sure you have steady wireless connection. We suggest you complete the application via a laptop or desktop. You may want to pre-type everything in a notepad and paste it in the fields.

Technical Issues

  • How Long Will It Take To Get A Re-loan?

    As soon as we received proof of payment and validated it in our system, you can send us a message through reloan@cashmart.ph.
  • What Do I Need To Get A Reloan?

    • First, you need to settle your current loan with Cash Mart.
    • Then, email your latest payslip at reloan@cashmart.ph.
    • If you need to change some information in your client registration such as your address or company, you need to update your info by going to cashmart.ph.
    • Click “Login to Your Account” button and save the changes.
  • I Can’t Make A New Application With My Email Or Phone Number.

    We only allow one (1) email and one (1) mobile number to be registered per applicant. This is to prevent fraudulent borrowing using another person’s details.
